What a verification status means

A verification status confirms only the specific check represented by that status. Mobile and email verification confirm control of a contact channel. Aadhaar review and Live Introduction review follow their own submission and moderation processes.

A badge is not a guarantee of character, compatibility, marital status, finances or future conduct. Always evaluate the complete situation rather than relying on one signal.

How profile privacy is protected

Member profiles are not made into public search-engine landing pages. Protected routes, authorised media services and visibility rules control how profile details and photographs are delivered inside the application.

• Do not publish phone numbers, email addresses or home addresses in open profile text.
• Use platform interest and profile-access flows before exchanging more information.
• Review photo and video visibility choices carefully.
• Report or block a profile when an interaction becomes suspicious or unwanted.

Financial and identity safety

Never send money, share an OTP, disclose a password or reveal a UPI PIN or banking credential to another member. Be cautious when someone creates urgency, avoids reasonable verification, asks for secrecy or repeatedly changes personal details.

Before making a serious commitment, families should independently verify identity, marital status, employment, education and family information through appropriate lawful means.

Meeting and reporting safely

For an initial meeting, choose a public place, tell a trusted person where you are going and arrange your own transportation. If conduct violates platform rules or appears fraudulent, preserve relevant evidence and use the available report, grievance or fraud-alert channels.
